Postage Charges

Postage charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and the weight of the goods.

To find out the postage charge for any order (1 or more items) just put it into your basket using the "Add to Cart" link next to the item, then select and confirm a "Delivery Destination" from the drop-down list. Finally, click on the "View Cart" link (in the right-hand-side panel on every page of this online shop) to display the list of items selected into your basket so far, together with the total delivery charge to the selected destination. Items can be added and removed from the basket at any time without obligation to buy. Information is not sent to us until you proceed to the payment by credit/debit card pages, so please "shop around".

(Note that if you are buying many small items, depending on their weight and value the delivery charge for several items might not be any more than the delivery charge for a single item.)

 

Delivery Options

Most international orders are despatched by DHL, posted within 5 working days.

In some cases we may use an alternative courier. This may be to improve efficiency, for higher insurance cover, or for faster delivery. Your delivery schedule will not be adversely affected.

 

Despatch & Delivery Schedule

Whenever possible goods are dispatched within 2-3 working days. If, for any reason, an order cannot be despatched within 5 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise arranged by email, please allow up to 30 days for delivery to destinations outside Italy.

 

Arrival of your Order

We cannot usually accommodate requests to leave deliveries outside, in out-buildings, or with neighbours, etc.. This is because most orders must be signed-for on arrival. The courier will usually leave a card if there is no reply when an attempt is made to deliver your order.

Please check your order when you receive it. Goods are packed carefully and securely but if anything is damaged, missing, or not as expected please contact us by emailing customer-service@campomarzio.eu as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 days after receipt of your package.
